Notes > Flickr as a Customer Service Tool

Began playing around with using flickr as a customer service/ help tool today. Basically this involved uploading screen shots of the site, or components of key screens and using flickr's notes facility to tag parts of the UI and explain what they do/how they work, need to do some more on integrating with help.

We could/should be doing the same with the UI itself perhaps with tool tips (mootools has a good example), but I think there's quite a long way you can take it with flickr, shame the notes don't show in the slideshow though.

Drupal has a really nice example of letting users upload screen shots with suggestions on how the UI can be uploaded, letting user upload screen shots with a standard tag.
