McGlashans Property services, an estate agent specialising in premium lettings to first class tenants in Central London, have launched their upgraded website developed by Simien, in partnership with Woobar.

The new site significantly extends the functionality and scope as offered by the previous version, for both the customer and McGlashan's staff. New features include:

• My Portfolio: allows users to save a collection of properties they are interested in with automatic email alerts when a property matching the users criteria is added to the site
• Email to a friend: user can email details of a property for let to a friend who they think might be interested in it
• Data capture and list-building features to help the client build and maintain a database of prospective buyers and sellers
• Site-wide content management system
